Our business relies heavily on phones, so this is super important to us. We have had two other companies give quotes to reduce our ink usage cost recently – both also claimed they could help us reduce the cost of our VOIP. I was reluctant to switch as I can’t imagine another company could come close to comparing in the customer service and support area. I did speak to Kevin about this and he presented a solution where we could lower our cost by eliminating a couple phone extensions that were not being used. Once again, problem solved.
